Incomplete Grades
At the instructor's discretion, a student who has completed a substantial portion of a course with a passing grade, but has not finished the required work by the end of the semester or term, may be assigned an Incomplete (I) grade. The incomplete is not computed in the grade point average. The time limit for changing an incomplete to a final grade may not exceed one semester/term or the student's graduation, whichever comes first; after that period, the Registrar's Office may change the incomplete to a grade of F.

Wayne Huizenga College of Business and Entrepreneurship; the College of Computing and Engineering; the College of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences; and NSU's graduate-level programs generally (effective Fall 2018). Students in these programs should consult their program or college catalog for the applicable scale.
