The quickest way to reach us depends on what you need. For a wrong grade table, the correction form on the calculator page is faster than email.
Use email for anything that does not fit the routes below: questions, partnerships, press, a source link you know about, or a request from an institution about how its name or grading scheme appears.

A university's grading scheme is wrong
Open that university's calculator and use Suggest a correction. You can propose the corrected grade table and say where it comes from. Suggestions go into a review queue and are checked against the institution's published document before anything changes.
A bug, or feedback on a calculator
Every university calculator has an Other feedback or bug reports form at the bottom, and each of the general calculators has a Share feedback form. Anonymous is fine.
Your university is missing
Request your university: its name, its country and, if you have one, a link to its official grading page. We consider requests when we choose which universities to add next.
What to expect
We read everything that comes in, but we cannot promise a reply time, and a correction may take a while to go live because it is checked against the source first.
Please do not send personal information such as transcripts or student ID numbers — we never need them.
