University of Hail (UOH) GPA Calculator

University of Hail grades coursework on a nine-level scale from A+ to F, with grade points running from 0.00 to 4.00 — the university's own program guides confirm the 4.00-point column of the national grading table governs, describing it explicitly as "the University of Hail grading system."

A separate administrative code, DN ("Denial"), carries the same 0.00 points as F but is assigned for being barred from the final exam rather than for exam performance, and several non-numeric codes (In-Progress, Incomplete, Withdrawn, Exemption, and pass/fail-only results) appear on the record without a grade-point value and are not counted toward GPA.

Each module's weighted grade-point score is found by multiplying its credit hours by the grade point earned from the percentage mark awarded. The Cumulative GPA is the sum of every module's weighted score divided by the total credit hours attempted. GPA and CGPA are both calculated to two decimal places.

• Good Standing — cumulative GPA not less than 1.75 out of 4.00.
• Academic Warning — cumulative GPA from 1.00 up to (but less than) 1.75 out of 4.00.
• Academic Probation — cumulative GPA below 1.00 out of 4.00.

The general cumulative GPA floor to graduate is 1.00 out of 4.00 — equivalent to the national baseline's 2.00-out-of-5.00 graduation floor on the university's committed 4.00 column.

Cumulative GPA is classified as follows:

• Excellent — 3.50 and above.
• Very Good — 2.75 up to (but less than) 3.50.
• Good — 1.75 up to (but less than) 2.75.
• Pass — 1.00 up to (but less than) 1.75.
